Meet Anthony

Anthony Corso founded C&C Property Management and Construction after years in the trades watching the same problems repeat themselves — good clients burned by bad contractors, corners cut when no one was looking, and a general acceptance that this is just how the industry works. He decided it didn't have to be.

He came up the hard way, learning the work firsthand rather than from behind a desk. That time on job sites taught him two things: how to tell competent work from work that only looks finished, and how much damage one unreliable contractor can do to a homeowner who trusted them. Most of the people he saw getting burned weren't careless — they just had no way of knowing who to trust until the job was already going wrong. He built C&C so they wouldn't have to guess.

That decision shapes how he runs the company. Anthony personally vets every contractor who works on a C&C job — not sourced from a job board, not hired on a handshake — and holds each of them to the same standard he holds himself. He stays close to the work: on-site, reachable, and accountable. Clients talk to him, not a call center or a project manager three layers removed from the actual job. When something goes wrong, and on any real job something occasionally does, he owns it and fixes it rather than hiding it or billing around it.

He runs the property management side with the same instinct. An owner who hands over a building is trusting Anthony to treat it as carefully as they would — to catch the small problems before they become expensive ones, to deal with tenants fairly and promptly, and to give an honest account of what a property needs rather than what would pad an invoice. He takes that trust as seriously as a renovation he is putting his own name on.

His name is on the company, and that is not a detail he takes lightly. He treats every client's property the way he would expect his own to be treated. For Anthony, a reputation is earned one finished room and one well-kept building at a time — and that is the company he is building.
